The Till Captain plays a key role in the store’s performance by maximizing app conversion, generating additional sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. As a true brand ambassador, you make sure every customer leaves with a smile.

Main Responsibilities


Customer Service & Interaction


· Greet every customer with a smile, embodying the brand’s values and principles.


· Advise and assist customers in their choices to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.


· Participate in direct sales and handle payment transactions.


Merchandising & Hygiene


· Keep the checkout area clear, tidy, and fully operational.


· Ensure the counter display is always well stocked and attractive.


· Maintain cleanliness of the counter display while following hygiene standards (use gloves or tongs to handle or restock products).


Sales Development


· Deliver a sales pitch focused on results and aligned with defined KPIs (app conversion, combo sales, add-on sales).


· Promote complementary offers to increase average basket size and boost sales.


Profile Requirements


· Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented.


· Comfortable with direct sales and cash handling.


· Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.


· Strong organizational skills and adherence to hygiene standards.
